Our adventure begins at the iconic Ellis Beach Bar & Grill, located right on the beachfront along the scenic Captain Cook Highway. Enjoy a relaxed tropical breakfast with ocean views as you settle into the day ahead.
Guests will enjoy a selection of gourmet breakfast sandwiches on share platters, including options such as bacon and egg brioche, smoked brisket Reuben, smoked chicken with truffle aioli, and a vegan ciabatta option.
The breakfast is accompanied by sweet nibbles including muffins and house-made toasted banana bread, along with your choice of espresso coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.

Enjoy a relaxed lakeside lunch at the historic Lake Barrine Teahouse, where you can take in the peaceful rainforest views while enjoying a selection of freshly prepared dishes.
